All prints must be pressed on with a heat press with specific instructions that we include with each transfer.
Pre-press garment for 10 seconds to remove moisture. Place transfer and cover with teflon sheet or parchment paper. Press at HEAVY pressure (70+psi) at 300 degrees for 12 seconds. Warm peel Cover with teflon sheet or parchment and press for another 7 seconds

Orders placed before 3:00 pm will count as day one for the processing time. Turnaround time is normally 1-2 working days. All orders placed after 3:00 pm will be considered the next business day processing.

Getting Started
What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints your design onto a special film with a layer of adhesive powder. You press it onto your item with a heat press and it bonds into the fabric. Full color, no weeding, soft feel, and it works on light and dark fabrics.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. Order one transfer or one hundred.
What sizes do you offer?
Gang sheets are 22" wide, from 22x13 up to 22x240. Single transfers come in sizes from 3" to 12". The size you pick is the longest side of your design (width or height, whichever is bigger). Quick guide: Adult 11–12", Youth 8", Toddler 6", Infant 4", Pocket 3".
Files & Artwork
What file type do you need?
PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI, sized at the actual size you want printed. Low-resolution files may print blurry.
How do I send my file?
Paste a Canva or Google Drive link in the box on the product page. Set sharing to "Anyone with the link" so we can open it — locked links delay your order.
Do you check or fix my file?
We print exactly as submitted, so double-check spelling, sizing and background before you order. Avoid very thin lines and tiny details — they may not hold adhesive or press well.
Can you print team logos, characters or brand names?
We can only print artwork you own or have permission to use. We may cancel and refund orders that include trademarked or licensed artwork.
Turnaround, Shipping & Pickup
How fast will I get my order?
We print 7 days a week. Orders placed by 1:00 PM CT are ready for pickup or shipping the next day before noon — or sooner. Orders placed after 1:00 PM roll into the next day (ready before noon the day after). We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.
Do you offer same-day printing?
Yes. Add the Rush Fee – Same-Day DTF Printing ($25) to your cart before 12:00 noon and your order is ready the same day.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $75. Every order ships with tracking.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes — free local pickup in Fenton and Kirkwood (St. Louis). Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we'll message you when it's ready. Please pick up within 7 business days.
Can you ship straight to my customer?
Yes. Choose the dropship option on the product page (+$2) and we'll ship with none of our information included.
Pressing & Care
How do I press my transfers?
Pre-press your garment 10 seconds. Place the transfer, cover with a Teflon or parchment sheet, and press at 300°F, heavy pressure, 12 seconds. Warm peel, then press again for 7 seconds. Instructions come with every order.
What can I press DTF transfers on?
Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas and denim all work great. For specialty or heat-sensitive fabrics, test one piece first.
How do I wash items with DTF transfers?
Wait 24 hours after pressing. Wash inside out in cold or warm water, no bleach, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the design.
What is UV DTF?
UV DTF transfers are peel-and-stick decals for hard surfaces like tumblers, cups, glass, wood and phone cases. No heat press needed — just apply, rub and peel.
Orders & Policies
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Custom transfers are printed just for you, so all sales are final. If something is wrong on our end, email us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and we'll make it right.
