Preheat heat press to 300-315 degrees
Prepress your item for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture
Place transfer printed side up cover with parchment or teflon sheet
Press for 10-15 seconds with medium to heavy pressure
Peel warm
Press a second time for 5 seconds with an old clean T-shirt
Care ~ wait 24 hours before the first wash. Wash inside out in cold water with no direct iron on the design.
